The first step for our recruits is getting through some important admin tasks. This includes receiving their overalls, which they’ll be using throughout their training. The excitement is palpable as each recruit is handed their first official piece of gear.

After getting suited up, it’s time for a tour of the squadron building. Our recruits will be guided through every corner of the facility, learning where everything is located and gaining a better understanding of the environment they’ll be spending time in.

Meeting the team is a key part of Day 1. Our recruits will be introduced to the dedicated staff members who will be guiding them through their training. From the Squadron Commander to the support staff, it’s all about putting faces to names and starting to build a rapport.

Next up is an introduction to the Recruit Training Team. These are the individuals who will be working closely with our new members, providing guidance, support, and expertise. The recruits are already in great hands!

To wrap up the day, we have a fun and interactive treasure hunt planned. This activity is designed to help recruits familiarize themselves with key areas and items within the squadron building. It’s a great way to learn while having fun and bonding with fellow recruits.

Day 1 is all about setting the stage for an incredible journey ahead. By the end of the day, our recruits will have a solid understanding of their new environment, met the team, and had a bit of fun along the way. Stay tuned for more updates as our recruits continue their training adventure!
