The 863 (Thurston) Cadets recently lent their support to the Sapiston Village Hall Charity Summer Fayre and Indoor Crafts Market, showcasing their dedication to community service and volunteerism. Their contribution was invaluable, ensuring the smooth running of the event through their marshalling duties.

Throughout the day, the cadets were responsible for various tasks, including public relations, ticket handling, supervision, and providing information to visitors. Their presence and professionalism significantly enhanced the experience for attendees, ensuring everyone felt welcomed and well-informed.

Once their duties concluded, the cadets had the opportunity to enjoy the festivities themselves. They took to the stage, delighting the audience with several singing performances, and also had fun at the local bouncy castle.

The event was a great success, thanks in no small part to the hard work and enthusiasm of the 863 (Thurston) Cadets. Their involvement not only supported a worthy cause but also demonstrated the positive impact of youth engagement in community activities.
